Altapoint offers an integrated Practice Management and EMR product.  They price by the user and by module.  Their traditional pricing model is based on users or work stations. 

Altapoint typical clients are solo practitioners to 25 physicians but can scale to over 100 physicians.  The EMR solution does very well with Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, OB/GYN, Ophthalmology, Orthopedic, and other specialties. The product is primarily found in Ambulatory Settings, Billing Services, Mental Health Centers, Eye care centers, Physician Hospital Organizations, Surgery Centers and Urgent Care Centers.
