by Choice HealthCare and Georgia 's Largest FQHCs as their EMR
/ PM solution
Tampa, FL - June 26, 2006 - Visionary
Medical Systems, Inc. (VMS) announced today that it
is currently in the implementation process of its DREAM Electronic
Health Record (EHR) and Disease Management software with Choice
HealthCare, LLC. The system is being deployed at three (3)
of Georgia's largest Federally Qualified Health Center's (FQHC)
with additional sites in preparation. When completed
it is expected that the VMS solution will support 100+ physicians
and ancillary providers in the Choice network.
After an exhaustive national
search and evaluation, Visionary Medical Systems was selected
for a statewide roll-out of software technology and managed
care services to the Choice Healthcare network of primary

The Visionary software solution
allows Choice Healthcare providers to streamline and deliver

support, prescriptions, lab orders and retrieval, billing,
scheduling and electronic disease management functions.

the Georgia FQHCs providing connectivity among the clinics
