Construction Data Control's (CDCI) Profit Builder Millennium (PBM), current version 3.8, is a construction-specific integrated accounting system. Profit Builder Millennium (PBM) was released in February 1998. This system is best suited for small to mid-size homebuilders and general contractors who desire a program that can accommodate growth.

The Atlanta-based company has a customer base of over 13,000 with its various construction-related accounting, estimating, and CAD systems since it was founded in 1979.

Millennium is currently a 16-bit program set requiring Windows 95, 98, 2000, me or XP. Networks supported include NT and Novell and 2000.
Millennium currently consists of the following modules: Job Cost, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Certified Payroll/Variable Rate, AIA Draw Request, Unit Cost Billing Option, Time and Material Billing Option, Subcontract Control, Fixed Assets, Contact Management, Service Work Order, Equipment Maintenance and Costing, Inventory, Internet Package and Executive Analysis.
