Sage Timberline Enterprise Software OverviewIntroduced in June of 2010, Sage Timberline Enterprise is a construction-specific business management solution designed to help service and specialty contractors improve operational efficiencies. Built on a high performance and secure Microsoft SQL Server platform, Sage Timberline Enterprise is a scalable and flexible construction software system that integrates accounting, job management, estimating and service management in one enterprise-level solution. The solution includes tools for improving information visibility and control, such as Process Maps that provide customizable, visual representations of key tasks and an interactive dispatch board with drag-and-drop functionality. Sage Timberline Enterprise offers a number of integrated accounting applications, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, general ledger, job management, payroll, service management, quotes, purchasing and inventory management. The system's integrated service dispatch software allows dispatchers to check inventory and order parts directly from the dispatch screen, and integrated estimating features allow accounting staff to set up a job by simply selecting the project from a list of estimates.
